Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Quotify (the “Service”), including the public leaderboard, quote submission, checkout, and related features. By using the Service, submitting a quote, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service and do not pay for a ranking. Before checkout you must confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

What the Service Is

Quotify is a paid public ranking board. You pay to post a short quote (25 words or fewer) and to occupy a rank based on the amount paid. Quotes are ranked by bid amount — the highest bidder is #1.

A payment buys placement on the board at the rank that amount can support at the time it is fulfilled. It does not buy traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, exclusive placement, a fixed duration at a specific rank, or any particular result. Someone else can pay more and outrank you. We may change, pause, or discontinue features and ranking formulas.

Rules

• Quotes must be 25 words or fewer.
• The minimum bid to enter the board is $1.00 USD.
• To claim the #1 spot, you must bid at least $1.00 more than the current top bidder.
• You may optionally attach a URL to your quote. Clicking the quote redirects visitors to that URL.
• Being outranked does not remove you from the board — your quote simply moves down.
• All successfully processed payments are final — see Refunds below.

These rules are also displayed on the main page. If the rules and these Terms conflict, these Terms control.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• If you use the Service for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and “you” includes that company.
• You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from receiving services under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction, including trade sanctions.

Payments and Taxes

Checkout and payment processing for the Service is handled by Dodo Payments, our third-party payment processor and merchant of record. As merchant of record, Dodo Payments is the seller of record for your purchase, collects your payment details, calculates and remits any applicable taxes, and confirms successful payment to us. We never see or store your full card details.

Amounts are priced in US dollars; applicable taxes may be added by Dodo Payments at checkout on top of your bid. Completing checkout is an offer to buy ranking placement. Rank is assigned only once Dodo Payments confirms your payment succeeded and the quote is written to the board — if a payment is declined, cancelled, or otherwise does not succeed, no quote is created and you are not charged.

Refunds

All successfully processed payments are final. Once Dodo Payments confirms your payment and your quote is posted to the board, that purchase is complete. Being outranked later, fewer clicks than you hoped for, downtime, or a later removal for breach of these Terms does not create a right to a refund.

If your payment does not go through — for example it is declined, cancelled, or fails at checkout — you are not charged and no quote is created, so there is nothing to refund. In the rare case a charge is captured but, due to a processing or technical error on our end, your quote is not posted to the board, we will refund that charge in full within 2 business days of the issue being confirmed.

By completing checkout you request that we start this digital service immediately upon payment confirmation and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period to the extent that law allows that waiver. Where a mandatory consumer right cannot be waived, we honor that right. Chargebacks or reversed payments without a legally required basis are a breach of these Terms; we may remove the quote and refuse future use of the Service.

Your Responsibilities

By submitting a quote, URL, or payment, you represent and warrant that:

• If you attach a URL, you have the right to link to that destination and to send visitors there.
• Your quote and any linked destination comply with all applicable laws.
• You are not impersonating another person, brand, or company.
• Any linked destination is not malware, phishing, a scam, or a site whose primary purpose is to deceive visitors.
• The information you submit is accurate.

Prohibited Content

You may not submit quotes or link to destinations that contain:

• Sexual, pornographic, or explicit adult content.
• Content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, violent, or that exploits children.
• Phishing, malware, scams, or deceptive redirects.
• Link shorteners used to hide the real destination.
• Counterfeit goods, unauthorized streaming, or infringement of copyright, trademark, or other rights.

Our Right to Remove Content

We may refuse, edit, hide, or permanently remove any quote, rank, or related content, with or without notice, including where we believe these Terms or the law may have been broken, or where we think the content creates legal, security, or reputational risk. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.

Public Content

Quotes, author names, bid amounts, and linked URLs on the board are public. Anyone can see them, including search engines. Do not submit a quote if you do not want that information shown publicly.

Intellectual Property

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and publicly display your submitted quote for as long as needed to operate the Service. Quotify, our branding, and the look of the Service are ours. You may not copy the Service or use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that ranks or click counts are accurate.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount you paid us for the quote that the claim concerns.

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operators of Quotify from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your quote, your linked destination, your payment or chargeback, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the Service or the law changes. The date at the top of this page is the current version. If a change is material, we will update the date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

General

• If a part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the checkout details you confirm form the entire agreement for the Service.
